On Sunday 10th April 2011, South Cheshire Harriers' popular 10K race took place on a course that promised to be the fastest road race in Cheshire. With minimal elevation, the majority of the route follows wide pathways making it safe for experienced and inexperienced runners alike. John Armstrong crossed the line in new personal best of 38.02 for 54th place. John described the route as "A flat 2 lap course so ideal for setting new p.b."..
