It is with great sadness that we report the
death of Pete Lonsdale who recently passed away.
Pete was an active member of Wallasey AC from the 1980s up
until his last appearance in a Borders League race in April
2009 at Wrexham racing as a Vet 65 (pictured right). He
competed on many occasions for the club and in his later
years, although unable to train, would still race for the
club.

He will be greatly missed by all of us and our condolences
go to his family and friends.
