Wallasey AC ladies had two teams in the Northern Road Relays held at Etihad Stadium in Manchester. The A team consisting of Sallie Holt (44) 26:09, Katherine Andrew (48) 27:00, Elaine Opara (40) 26:26 and Jessica Mckinlay (34) 25:23 finished in 01:44:58 for 34th place. The B team made up of Helen Stansfield (47) 26:26, Aimee Bartley (43) 26:12, Jane Brealey (53) 29:57 and Alison Engle (59) 32:18 crossed the line in 0 1:54:53 for 59th place. Each leg was 6.2k and Jess McKinlay ran the fastest leg.
