The Scott Snowdonia Trail Marathon took place in Snowdonia National Park and ascended 1,685 metres over 26 miles of spectacular trails, the race circumnavigated and eventually climbed Wales' highest peak - Snowdon and also visited Rhyd Ddu, Beddgelert, Nant Gwynant, Pen y Pass. John Bassett was up for the race finishing in 06:17.
