The Chester Ultra-Marathon fused together 52 Miles of some of the best trails in the region including the Marches Way, River Dee, Old Dee Bridge, Chester Racecourse, Shropshire Canal, North Cheshire Way, Mid Cheshire Way, the Sandstone Trail, Helsby Hill, Frodsham and Delamere Forest. John Bassett took up the challenge finishing in 11:14 for 81st place.
