The Trimpell 20 mile road race started at Lancaster Castle, and passed through the historic City of Lancaster and the stunning Lancashire Lune Valley countryside and is ideal preparation for a spring marathon. With that in mind Nicci Chapman headed to Lancashire for the race and completed the course in 03:41, a great effort.
