The Ironman Regensburg in Germany takes the athletes from the swim in Lake Guggenberger on a stunning bike course, passing the Walhalla monument, the marathon run has a spectacular finish line in old town Regensburg. John Thelwell had an excellent race completing the course in 10 hours 11 minutes, a superb achievement. Dave Walton returned in 11:54, Phil Cuthbert 13:42 and Paul Thelwell in 15:58, a great effort by all concerned.
