This newly formed club holds its opening run to-day as 3.30 from the magnificent headquarters, Grove Pavilion, Harrison-drive, Wallasey.
Anyone contemplating a season of delightful cross-country running would do well to join in this initial outing as a comfortable pace is assured. The club should have a very successful season, as about thirty have signified their intention of joining. In addition several social functions are to be held, the first, a whist drive and dance, on Tuesday, 24th October, at the Grosvenor Hall. All particulars can be obtained from H. R. Scoins, hon. Secretary and treasurer, "Edale," Withens-lane, Liscard.
