It is gratifying to note the new spirit of enthusiasm and interest which has characterised each Saturday meet during the last few weeks.
Evidently the sport of cross-country running still has many friends and followers, both new and old, in the district, judging by the fact that the club membership has nearly doubled itself during the season now drawing to a close.
Prospective members, or any who would like a "trial spin," will receive a cordial welcome. Preliminary inquiries, if any, can be made to the hon. secretary, Mr. R. Hyde, 14 Cromer Drive, Liscard.
